Carly Fiorina was right about late term abortions

Argus-Dispatch displays Planned Parenthood bias

PROVIDER OF INTACT-DELIVERY ABORTION VIDEO STEPS FORWARD, PROVES CARLY FIORINA WAS TRUTHFUL ABOUT VIDEO SHE DESCRIBED DURING PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE

During the CNN Republican presidential debate on September 16, candidate Carly Fiorina stated that she had seen video of an intact-delivery abortion on one of the videos distributed by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP). She was viciously attacked as a liar by Planned Parenthood supporters, and media demanded the full, unedited version of the video.

The Center for Bio-Ethical Reform (CBR), the organization which provided the video to CMP, obliged. The video was an undercover video that was not shot at a Planned Parenthood facility but is representative of abortions that take place every day that result in the birth of a live, kicking baby who is then left to die or, worse yet, dissected for his parts.

This baby, at 17 ½ weeks, would be smaller than the baby whose face Holly O’Donnell, former blood and tissue procurement technician for StemExpress who worked at Planned Parenthood facilities, was instructed to cut in half in order to obtain the baby’s brains (Video 7). Holly said that baby barely fit into the pie plate (pie plates are used to hold the babies while their parts are harvested). Since pie plates are 8-9″, it’s estimated that baby must have been 19-21 weeks. That abortion took place at Planned Parenthood’s San Jose, California, facility.

CAUTION: extremely graphic video relating to abortion. If this video does not play alternate link here.

CBR counters the argument that the scene in the video Carly Fiorina described was not an abortion, but a miscarriage, by pointing out that if this had been a miscarriage, it most certainly would have taken place in a hospital, and attempts would have been made to save the baby, not place the baby in a steel bowl and poke him around.

xplained that this video and others were shot under agreements that legally forbid the disclosure of any identifying information such as dates, locations, and staff names. They were even required to delete audio track.

The video is available on youtube but due to requirements on youtube to view it, CBR has made the entire, unedited video available. In the video, you will see the baby born alive, moving his arms and legs, and resting in a gloved hand. He is then placed in the steel bowl, where he dies.

Graphic pictures have been controversial in the right-to-life movement. However, Fletcher Armstrong, CBR Southeast Director, likens the Planned Parenthood videos to the photos of Emmett Till, which “galvanized and unified a generation of civil rights activists some 60 years ago. Jonathan van Maren, in an article he wrote for LifeSiteNews, pointed out that “no social reform movement in human history has ever ended an injustice without the graphic exposure of what happened to the victims…”

Fletcher says more than 50% of Americans have not seen any of the Planned Parenthood videos. He says that in another report, 70% have heard very little or nothing about them. No surprise, the media’s doing everything they can to cover up this evidence of what abortion’s really about. Just today, in the Sunday Dispatch/Argus, an AP article was entitled “Fiorina not backing down on distortion of Planned Parenthood.” They could have used the word assertion, putting the claim back on Carly. Instead they chose the word distortion, which implies that’s what they think it is, a distortion of the facts, something not true. The article goes on to state that she’s “spent the last two weeks repeating an erroneous description of videos…” This wording implies they’ve made the judgment that her description is erroneous, instead of just reporting what she said, without weighing in on it themselves. This is media bias!

From Vertitaspac editor: Last week the A-D conveniently provided Planned Parenthood the forum of their front page to spin their response to dead to rights evidence against them via the CMP videos, especially the refrain” the videos were edited  . . . the videos were edited”  sort of nonsense.

The A-D fails the integrity test by not pointing out that the videos are available in full, hours in length, to anyone at their web site and that no press release from them has not pointed that fact out. By the way, in writing a story does the A-D print all reporters notes or each and every shot their photographers take?   The CMP goes further with journalistic integrity than the Associated Press (story source) or their conduit the  A-D.

On September 16, the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) released their 10th Planned Parenthood undercover video. This one features three high-level Planned Parenthood officials:

c75e98c3-2d43-49be-9bed-2ce4d67a830c-1

• Dr. Carolyn Westhoff, Senior Medical Advisor

• Dr. Vanessa Cullins, Vice-president for External Medical Affairs

• Deborah VanDerhei, National Director for the Consortium of Abortion Providers

Dr. Westhoff discusses how buyers want particular tissues and then acknowledges the potential for a huge public relations issue.

Dr. Cullins warns the prospective buyer that this (fetal body parts sales) could destroy their organizations.

Deborah VanDerhei refers to payments for fetal tissue as “donation for remuneration.” Dictionary.com defines remuneration as a reward or pay.
