Ilhan Omar’s Comments on Israel Reopen Democratic Party’s Divisions
Minnesota congresswoman says she wasn’t equating U.S., Israel with terrorist groups

WASHINGTON—Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) moved to quell an intraparty fight by softening comments she had made earlier in the week that “appeared to equate actions by the U.S. and Israel with those of terrorist organizations.”

Ms. Omar, an outspoken critic of Israel,.. (only)… tweeted Monday: “We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.”

Thank Allah, Omar didn’t say, “Since when did terms clearly showing “anti-Israel, anti-America” bias become offensive?”

(Steve King was driven from Congress when he was quoted by a NY Times writer asking “when terms like white nationalist, white supremacist, and Western civilization became offensive…”

King protested that the quote, as presented by a NY Times writer (?no bias? there) omitted context.

But it was enough for fellow Republicans to swing into action…as the Democrats will soon do with Omar (breath holders, call your EMT now).       dlh

——————-
By Eliza Collins, WSJ
The controversy over the tweet and Democratic colleagues’ reactions highlighted the divisions in the party over Middle East policy, which deepened during the recent fighting between Israel and Hamas. During the conflict, progressive Democrats in both the House and Senate briefly attempted to stop a $735 million weapons sale to Israel.

The new dispute started when Ms. Omar, an outspoken critic of Israel, tweeted Monday: “We have seen unthinkable atrocities committed by the U.S., Hamas, Israel, Afghanistan, and the Taliban.”

The tweet was posted along with a video exchange in which she asked Secretary of State Antony Blinken about how victims could find justice for alleged war crimes by the U.S. and the Taliban in Afghanistan, and Israel and Hamas.

In response to the tweet, some Democrats accused her of giving cover to terrorists.
“Ignoring the differences between democracies governed by the rule of law and contemptible organizations that engage in terrorism at best discredits one’s intended argument and at worst reflects deep-seated prejudice,” the group of a dozen Jewish Democrats, led by Rep. Brad Schneider (D., Ill.), said in a statement late Wednesday night. They asked that she clarify her comment.

Ms. Omar, the first Black Muslim woman to serve in Congress, initially responded on Twitter by saying her colleagues should have reached out to her personally rather than issue a statement, and accused them of using anti-Muslim tropes. “The constant harassment & silencing from the signers of this letter is unbearable,” she tweeted.

However, Thursday afternoon she offered a different take on her initial comments,

Pointing to the video exchange that accompanied the tweet. “The conversation was about accountability for specific incidents regarding those [International Criminal Court] cases, not a moral comparison between Hamas and the Taliban and the U.S. and Israel. I was in no way equating terrorist organizations with democratic countries with well-established judicial systems.”

Shortly after she released that statement, House Democratic leaders, including House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, responded that they welcomed the clarification. They said while criticism of the U.S. and Israel is healthy, “drawing false equivalencies between democracies like the U.S. and Israel and groups that engage in terrorism like Hamas and the Taliban foments prejudice and undermines progress” toward peace and security.

Ms. Omar has angered her colleagues over remarks about Israel before. In 2019, she apologized for using language that was criticized as anti-Semitic after both Democratic and Republican leaders condemned her suggestion that lawmakers’ support for Israel was driven by money from a pro-Israel group.

While Ms. Omar has been vocal in her frustrations, she isn’t alone. The party’s left flank has become increasingly public in their opposition to U.S. policy with Israel, and the liberal wing came to her defense.

“Members of the Democratic Caucus owe it to each other to pause, reflect, and engage directly with each other when misunderstandings arise, and stand together against cynical attempts to divide our caucus,” said Rep. Pramila Jayapal (D., Wash.), chairwoman of the roughly 100-person Congressional Progressive Caucus, in a statement issued in support of Ms. Omar Thursday evening.

Some members were more direct.

“Enough with the anti-Blackness and Islamophobia,” tweeted Rep. Cori Bush (D., Mo.).

Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.) called Ms. Omar’s comments anti-Semitic and anti-American. He said Mrs. Pelosi’s “continued failure to address the issues in her caucus sends a message to the world that Democrats are tolerant of anti-Semitism and sympathizing with terrorists.”

A spokesman for Mrs. Pelosi pointed The Wall Street Journal to the Democratic leadership’s broader comment.

Republicans have struggled with internal division over one of their members as well and Mr. McCarthy also has been criticized for his failure to act. Eleven Republicans joined with Democrats to strip Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R., Ga.) of her committee assignments earlier this year over her past embrace of conspiracy theories after Mr. McCarthy had opted not to remove her from the panels.

Last month, Mr. McCarthy and other top Republicans condemned comments she made comparing proof of Covid-19 vaccinations with actions taken against Jewish people by Nazi Germany leading up to the Holocaust.

Democrats fail to gin up 7% of the people to call for special Auditor election

  • All the kings horses and all of the kings men . . . couldn’t put their favorite office back together again (at least for now)

Which message have Scott County residents delivered to the Democrat Party — we don’t trust you in the auditors office; we are tired of your hypocritical BS; your media division can’t drag you over the finish line?

Disregard their excuses and happy face.  This is a big failure/defeat for them. We hope a harbinger.  It may be consistent with this article from last week which we will have more comment on another day:   ‘Past the point of no return’? Iowa Dems feel hopes fading .

Oh by no means count Dems out.  All the organizational and money advantages are still theirs. And, you can’t win with nothing and Republicans of late (hopefully changed) have failed to even run candidates much less seriously go on the offensive in various races in the community.

Republican Party apparat needs to organizationally become involved in so-called non-partisan races that have far-reaching trickle up and trickle down political effect. Especially this means school boards which are absolutely key to culture change, which Democrats know and subvert by the un-virtual owning of them through teacher union dominance. Even deep scandals are overcome by the brute force of the liberal teacher turnout machine.  Even partisan races including the auditor’s office Republicans have pathetically bequeathed to Democrats over the years.

And never underestimate the power of Republicans to fail to consolidate or advance in victory.

Here is the QC Times article about the Democrats not getting enough signatures to force an unnecessary and costly special election.  You can read about the Democrats chicanery and hypocrisy regarding the county offices in several recent articles here at V’pac. See these links.  We set forth the QC Times article below to allow for our annotations in red which we will to add here and there and invite readers to send their observations which we will incorporate.

Petition to force special election in wake of Scott County Auditor appointment fails

Local Democrats were unable to gather enough valid signatures to force a special election to choose Scott County’s next auditor after a recent change to state law shortened the amount of time they had to do so.

Scott County Democrats gathered more than 6,200 signatures in 14 days, shy of the nearly 9,260 needed from eligible Scott County voters. The number, however, far exceeds the number of signatures previously collected in similar petition efforts, according to Democrats. Previously, the highest number of signatures gathered was 3,500.

The QCTimes quotes this without investigation or reference or fact checking the assertion. And where is it written as a matter of political science that a petition of 3500 ought to be adequate to trigger a special election of county-wide office when that number is less than 2% of the population; less than 2.7% of the registered voters and less than 3.8% of the turnout in the most recent general election! It is a preposterously low sum in the scheme of things subject to all manner of mischief from malcontents like Democrats.  It seems prudent that the trigger ought to be set higher and  10% of the last general election turn-out is more reasonable.

Democrats faced an uphill climb to force a special election after the Republican-majority Scott County Board of Supervisors opted to appoint fellow Republican and former Davenport alderwoman Kerri Tompkins to fill the vacancy left by former Scott County Auditor Roxanna Moritz

Funny how the QCT/Tom Barton article didn’t analyze the partisan background to the Democrat shenanigans regarding Supervisor Maxwell (see related links here).

Moritz, a Democrat, abruptly retired April 23, five months after being re-elected in 2020. She was unopposed

More pertinently, Moritz announced her retirement barely TWO months into her new term.

Moritz announced in March she was nearing retirement and chose to step down early out of concerns over actions by state lawmakers and county supervisors she said will make the job more difficult.

A new law signed in March, sponsored by state Sen. Roby Smith, R-Davenport, also affected filling the vacancy

Democrats had just 14 days to gather enough signatures equal to 10% of the vote cast in Scott County in the last presidential election, rather than the four to six weeks under the previous law, to force an election.

Scott County Democratic Party Chairwoman Elesha Gayman (right) and First Vice Chairman Matt Trimble (left) hold out copies of petitions signed by Scott County voters. Local Democrats were unable to gather enough valid signatures to force a special election to choose Scott County’s next auditor after a recent change to state law shortened the amount of time they had to do so.
Tom Barton

“What I want this message to really send to the voters of Scott County is to know the the Democratic party is going to continue to stand up for the right to vote,” Scott County Democratic Party Chairwoman Elesha Gayman said at a Wednesday news conference. “We’re not going to lay down. We’re not going to turn around while this voter suppression happens in our backyards.’

Tompkins will serve until voters elect an auditor to a full term during the next general election in November 2022.

Partisan contention surrounded the process for appointing her to the role and raised questions as to whether Republican supervisors violated Iowa’s open meetings law.

Republican supervisors said they opted against a special election out of concern for its cost and efficiency.

The party-line vote, though, drew a rapid response by Iowa Democrats, who with help from state party officials and officeholders, tried to collect more than 10,000 signatures to allow a special election

“Iowa Democrats are fired up and ready to organize,” Iowa Democratic Party Chair Ross Wilburn said in a statement. “They were able to gather a record number of signatures under a new set of rules passed by Republicans and intentionally designed to limit citizen participation and power. The GOP should be worried. We are united as a party and stand ready to fight against voter suppression all across Iowa.”

Gayman said the county party’s next step will be contacting some 10,000 Scott County voters whose registration status was changed to “inactive” because they did not vote in the November election.

Under new voting restrictions signed into law in March, voters are listed as “inactive” after missing just one election. Previously, voters had to miss two consecutive general elections to be marked “inactive.” A process critics argue is accelerated and puts voters at greater risk of having their voter registration canceled.

“We’re gong to continue to work to empower Scott County voters,” Gayman said, including contacting Democrats, independents and Republicans to “get those individuals back” to active voter status.

Trump: ‘Why Does Fox News Keep Chris Wallace?’

A very good question! Having watched the Wallace interviews, I can attest to the accuracy of this account. It does, indeed, prompt President Trump’s question. dlh

The “radical left” Chris Wallace of Fox News was the subject of former President Donald Trump’s latest public ire.

Trump wrote in a Save America PAC statement released on Monday:
“Why does Fox News keep Chris Wallace? His ratings are terrible, he’s ‘almost’ Radical Left, he was acknowledged to have failed badly as a Presidential debate moderator (except for Biden who he totally protected!), and so much else. Usually, these are not the qualities of a long-term stay!”

It is just the latest Trump salvo aimed at the lead anchor of “Fox News Sunday” and may have been sparked by Wallace’s Sunday morning show.

On Sunday, Wallace interviewed Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W. Va), who appears to be the lone Democrat supporting the filibuster and blocking a wave of radical legislation, including a major overhaul of voting laws opposed by Republicans.
Wallace challenged Manchin for opposing the filibuster, asking, “By taking it off the table, haven’t you empowered Republicans to be obstructionists?”

He later claimed Manchin was “naïve” in believing he could get bipartisan cooperation in the Senate from Republicans led by Mitch McConnell.

Wallace also interviewed Trump adviser Corey Lewandowski, claiming former President had done little to probe China for its role in the COVID virus.

After Wallace berated Trump for continuing to challenge the 2020 election results, he lambasted Lewandowski for defending him.

Completing the “transformation”

  • Why go to work when one can be dependent on government
  • This might Complete America’s “Transformation”

Most people are aware that the government’s ‘enhanced’ Unemployment payment of $300 per week tends to discourage folks from returning to work until the extra pay runs out. However, if you’re like us, you didn’t realize just how rich this additional pay to stay home is.

This Wall Street Journal editorial provides some detail that illustrates that this is an extremely powerful incentive to not attempt to take one of the many available jobs employers are offering. This is truly incredible AND insidious on the part of Democrats’ desire to accelerate the “transformation” of America into a ‘socialist/communist society’!      (dlh)

At the WSJ by The Editorial Board (bold our emphasis, additional commentary below):

A Good Worker Is Hard to Find

The subsidies for not working continue to hurt the labor market.

Broad vaccine distribution and the end of government lockdowns should result in soaring job creation. Yet the U.S. labor market turned in its second disappointing result in a row in May, according to Friday’s Labor Department report. That’s what happens when government pays Americans not to work.

Employers created 559,000 net new jobs in the month, which sounds great until you notice that 1.5 million fewer workers in May said they were unable to work because their employer closed or lost business due to the pandemic. Most of those workers should have found new jobs but didn’t.

The civilian labor force shrank in May by 53,000, and the number of men over age 20 who were employed fell by 8,000. The labor participation rate declined to 61.6%, even as the jobless rate fell to 5.8% from 6.1%.

All of this confirms that willing workers are getting increasingly hard for employers to find. Initial weekly jobless claims are falling, and this week dipped below 400,000 for the first time since the early days of the pandemic. But continuing claims have fallen little since March.

What gives? The Occam’s razor explanation is that in March the Biden Administration and Congress ladled out another mountain of cash to Americans—work not required. The extra $300 a week in enhanced jobless benefits is one problem, since millions of Americans can make more staying on the couch. This jobless pay isn’t subject to the payroll tax, unlike wage and salary income.

This is on top of regular jobless benefits, plus new or extended cash payments such as the $3,000 per child tax credit, additional ObamaCare subsidies, and the $1,400 checks to individuals. Again, no work required.

Economists Casey Mulligan, E.J. Antoni and Steve Moore estimate in a new study that in 21 states households that qualify can receive a maximum wage equivalent of $25 an hour in cash without working. In 19 states, the maximum benefit is the equivalent of $100,000 a year in salary for a family of four with two unemployed parents. Not working is a rational economic choice.

Democrats were warned this would happen but went ahead with the payments anyway. Our guess is they wanted to force employers to raise wages to compete with government—a de facto higher minimum wage. And wages are rising: 24% since March on an annual basis in leisure and hospitality. That’s good for workers, but it squeezes small businesses that are still struggling to recover from the pandemic. Some simply can’t afford to pay more.

It’s also worth noting that this is how a universal basic income is likely to work in practice. The threshold wage or salary required for workers, especially the young and unskilled, to enter the workforce would rise considerably. Add commuting and other costs as well as lost leisure, and more people will choose not to work. This means fewer opportunities to rise up the income ladder, and more dependence on government. Progressives probably intended this too.

The good news is that 25 states so far have said they’ll stop accepting the $300 enhanced jobless benefit this month or next. No states run by Democrats have done so, but no less than President Biden said Friday he’s comfortable if the subsidy for not working ends on Labor Day as scheduled. It’s long past time.

From The Federalist Papers.org

There was a time when even the staunchest liberals agreed with this sentiment. Conservatives disagree with Franklin D. Roosevelt on a lot of things, but he was absolutely right when he said,

The lessons of history, confirmed by the evidence immediately before me, show conclusively that continued dependence upon relief induces a spiritual disintegration fundamentally destructive to the national fiber. To dole our relief in this way is to administer a narcotic, a subtle destroyer of the human spirit. It is inimical to the dictates of a sound policy. It is in violation of the traditions of America. Work must be found for able-bodied but destitute workers.

Oh the Democrats want you to work alright — for government — on their terms — doing what they think worthy.  The COVID shutdowns  and continued subsidies are helpful in further acclimating current generations to the idea, nanny government, government as provider, government bureaucrats knowing best.  The welfare without work is transitory.  R Mall

The Top 21 Conservative Aggregate Websites in 2021

Parker Beauregard  June 4, 2021 at The Blue State Conservative

News aggregates are an efficient way to pursue headlines and analysis without getting bogged down in a single outlet’s website. Whereas a visit to The Epoch Times or Daily Wire can be fruitful, they simply cannot cover everything from every angle. As such, conservative aggregate sites fill the void.

Now, there is certainly no shortage of patriots seeking to offer spaces for the good work of hard news reporting as well as commentary on topics like culture and politics. It thus becomes less a question of “is it out there?” to instead a question of “what’s all out there?” The answer to the latter question might surprise you. Our list focuses on the top twenty sites by visitor counts, but there are doubtless many more. Regardless, that’s a lot of options for both publishers and consumers of political writing.

As was noted, aggregate sites make for a great alternative to visiting a single site when looking to scroll through headlines or read entire articles. However, not only are the aggregate sites good for disseminating important news and opinion pieces for massive audiences, they are also good for elevating the countless conservative voices who might not otherwise have as large an audience. One of the biggest hurdles new writers face is generating traffic and gaining a foothold in the blogosphere. Sites like ours at The Blue State Conservative are able to achieve a larger audience than we otherwise would thanks to their support. Individual writers or whole blogs benefit immensely from the eyeballs that aggregate sites offer. In the fight for freedom, this is an essential symbiosis.

The following list in no way ranks these sites by least to favorite or best to worst; to be sure, it is merely a reflection of their overall size. We used SimilarWeb and Alexa to rank sites based on their previous months’ traffic.  . . .

Well we try, and we are number 1 in our zip code (well block identifier anyway, maybe)

Grassley and company exemplify a cause of mental health sequelae from pandemic terror

Contributor TN astutely recognized the irony of this story and photo and sent it to us.  Our concluding comments do not necessarily represent our contributor.

Talking “mental health” while wearing a face mask!  (ref QC Times article and photo)

Grassley talks mental health funding, support during Davenport stop

Politicians led around by public health experts have aggravated the mental and physical health difficulties experienced during the induced COVID terror. Isolation, acute economic problems, drug abuse, forgone treatments due to shutdowns and general induced hysteria, etc. They have promoted this not for a few weeks mind you, as Trump recommended, but for well over a year with the terror still being propagated, evidence the ridiculous masking and distancing still being exhibited by Senator Grassley. Masking and distancing are impediments to personal, mental, social and cultural  normalcy and health..  His exhibition is counterproductive fear-mongering whether he realizes it or not.

Now with reference to the public health experts, mental health division, lobbying for more money as related in the QC Times article, it would be great if Grassley called their profession to task of promoting human connections and normalcy rather than  isolation.  We believe immediate improvements would be possible in all age categories, to stop being part of the unhealthy culture terror of the Wuhan Flu /COVID ).

We do not know the best mix of limited funds but we have seen how these bureaucracies work and justify ever increasing growth and mission creep never being circumspect that maybe they contribute to the problem, that their profession has issues. We recognize that practitioners and patients are often victims of the politicians and theorists in their ranks.

Is that Fauci — Faust — or Beelzebub

Revelations since Steve Deace and Todd Erzen’s book Faucian Bargain , thanks to FOIA demands of official emails (perhaps not even the most damning communications) of Center for Infectious Disease Control head Anthony Fauci “The Most Powerful and Dangerous Bureaucrat in American History” validate adding “and evil” to the subtitle’s summation.

The following links are to a variety of original sources aggregated mostly at the go-to site Liberty Daily. Other sources are also included.  There are many in just this batch, which perhaps will serve as one consolidated resource to start your investigation of Fauci and the devastation he has wrought. We doubt Fauci is being misunderstood in these critiques and exposes. But not all blame is his of course.  There are willful manipulative and opportunistic accomplices, Fauci perhaps one among equals of beelzebubs hovering in China, here and elsewhere.

The Books On COVID

Have you pre-ordered Dr. Fauci’s new book, “Expect the Unexpected: Ten Lessons on Truth, Service, and the Way Forward”? It’s reportedly only 80 pages long. But I am sure it will be required reading by America’s cultural and globalist elites.

Not since Governor Andrew Cuomo shared his wisdom on the COVID-19 pandemic in “American Crisis: Leadership Lessons from the COVID-19 Pandemic” has there been such anticipation of a new book.

Cuomo committed one of the biggest blunders of the COVID-19 pandemic when he “seeded” New York’s nursing homes with COVID-19 infected patients. The elderly and frail predictably soon fell ill with the virus. Tens of thousands of them died.

I can make a good case that Cuomo should be in prison. His nursing home blunder was criminally negligent. His cover-up of the truth was obstruction of justice.

Coincidentally, “truth” is one of the subjects of Fauci’s book. No wonder the book is only 80 pages long!

Fauci repeatedly lied during the pandemic, most notably on the question of whether U.S. taxpayer money went to the Chinese communist Wuhan lab for “gain of function” research. Fauci played word games repeatedly in his congressional testimony.

Ultimately, the persistence of Senator Rand Paul and Senator John Kennedy, as well as the relentless work by Steve Bannon and Tucker Carlson among others, led to Fauci admitting U.S. funds did go to the Wuhan lab.  But, Dr. Fauci assures us that the Wuhan scientists have assured him that none of the funds were used for dangerous research.

I predict Dr. Fauci will be out before his book is. The Biden Administration will want to cut its losses. The 90-day investigation Biden has ordered into the origins of the Chinese communist virus will likely end with no firm conclusion.

Certainly, the Chinese government will never admit wrongdoing. In fact, they will continue promoting their relentless propaganda around the world claiming the virus originated in the U.S.

Meanwhile, we must never forget what we already know are the facts:

  • After communist China knew COVID-19 was deadly and spreading from person to person they lied to the world about it.
  • Meanwhile, they bought up massive quantities of other countries’ protective medical equipment, hoarding it for themselves.
  • Finally, even though travel within China was severely restricted, the communists allowed hundreds of thousands of their citizens to travel abroad in the early months guaranteeing every nation would be impacted.

BIDEN’S IS A TRULY FRAUDULENT PRESIDENCY

A favorite line of mine via the Issues and Insights editorial board, brought to our attention by Scott Johnson writing at the PowerLine blog: A TRULY FRAUDULENT PRESIDENCY

“As I have noted several times here, I see Joe Biden as the man with half a mind to be president.

Earlier in Joe Biden’s presidency, we wondered if his wife Jill was running the White House, and in effect the country. It’s still not out of the question, but it’s beginning to look more like Chief of Staff Ron Klain, unelected and not confirmed by the Senate, is the real president. This should make all Americans uncomfortable.

Klain, who was the vice president’s chief of staff when Biden held that office, has been called “the man executing Biden’s mission” (which seems to be carrying out the Cloward-Piven model that advocates manufacturing a political and economic crisis so that politicians can accrue more power in order to fix it, and use that power to kill off capitalism). He’s also been called Biden’s “co-pilot and fixer.”

Yes, those descriptions could be used to define the chief of staff for any president of any party. There are times, however, and this appears to be one of them, when a chief of staff wields too much authority.

Klain is no statesman. He’s a confirmed “political animal.” Anyone who thinks that’s a benign label that could be applied to any Washington operative, consider that the Democrats are doing their best to transform America from a civil society into a political society, where government intervention into private affairs is the rule rather than the rare and unwanted exception.

While the Washington press corps and much of the U.S. media are playing the role of Biden’s publicists, the London Times reports, in what has to be an accidental indictment of the White House arrangement, that Klain is “the driving force behind the actual president,” an “operator who knows the business of government inside out.” The reporter who wrote the story, one Sarah Baxter, wants readers to meet “President Klain,” who also happens to be Biden’s “brain.”

Klain, she writes, is “powerful, confident … trusted to exercise power and take decisions, he keeps his boss informed while lifting the burden of office from him.” Making life easier on Biden is necessary because the president is “pacing himself” on the job so he can run again in 2024 – as an 81-year-old.

Republican Sen. John Thune of South Dakota has met with Biden since he’s become president and from what he’s seen, he believes “his staff is driving him hard left.” Of course, staff members have always influenced the elected officials they work for. In a sense, staff is policy. But what we’re seeing today, outside of the Wilson administration, might be unprecedented in U.S. history. (Though there’s no question that Barack Obama was firmly in the Svengalian grip of adviser Valerie Jarrett.)

In a number of ways, Biden is not the man voters were told they were electing. Not only has he likely abdicated to Klain, he has divided the country far more than united it. He’s not the adult back in charge, as the Donald Trump haters said he would be, nor is he the centrist the party and media promised.

“In short, Biden is pushing more change than some of his voters want. The change they wanted was to get rid of Trump, not elect a new FDR,” says Washington Examiner chief political correspondent Byron York.

Obvious to all is that Biden is cognitively challenged, not the “sharp” alternative to the mad-tweeting Donald Trump. Biden needs a whisperer, someone to guide him through his foggy moments. He’s ended up though with someone who has taken him by the hand away from the middle and down the road to progressive disaster. Whether it’s Klain, First Lady Jill, or someone still unnamed is irrelevant.

The point is the Biden presidency, if not his election, too, is a fraud, an exercise in stagecraft. Someone has his or her hand in his back and is projecting their voice so it will sound like his.

Biden administration’s personnel statistics — never offered how many are Marxists

  • Biden touts that 14%, or over 200 of his federal appointees are gay!  Hurray!!! (And, what are the rest?)
  • How many Marxists? how many BLM members? how many Hamas supporters? how many hate America …???

BIDEN SWIPES TRUMP & RED STATES IN PRIDE MONTH MESSAGE.

In his proclamation, Biden referenced how states have “actively” targeted transgender youth through legislation as lawmakers crack down on athletes not competing in sports as their biological gender. He also touted how almost 14% of his 1,500 federal agency appointees identify as gay.

“I am particularly honored by the service of Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, the first openly LGBTQ+ person to serve in the Cabinet, and Assistant Health Secretary Dr. Rachel Levine, the first openly transgender person to be confirmed by the Senate,” he wrote.

  • Why is the concept of requiring personal identification racist in voting but not in other venues?

If you cannot figure out how to obtain a valid photo ID, you are either illegal or too stupid to vote intelligently

The Texas Democrats and our pitiful President, the “Scranton Scrapper,Joey Biden, have made their positions clear.

While we don’t agree with them, it must be conceded: If elements of the proposed Texas voting legislation is “Jim Crow” action, then let’s be consistent throughout American institutions. If such a thing as requiring that a person provide personal identification (and/or photo ID) to vote, then requiring personal identification to obtain any service or accommodation is also discriminatory and thus must be illegal in America.

Requiring personal identification to obtain medical care… doctor’s care of any kind must be discontinued.

Similarly such a requirement cannot be required to travel on airlines, get a hotel room, cash a check, be admitted to any political convention, to obtain a loan of any kind, for admission to many venues or events, to buy a car, rent a home, etc.

The concept of personal identification itself must be eliminated from the public forum!
